Manager, Ecommerce & Online Payments
The Position
Reporting to the Head, Digital Financial Services and Mobile Payments, The job holder will be responsible for managing and growing our E-Commerce & Online payments channels. Managing the ecommerce Team, the role is responsible for setting short and long term objectives for the Channel and for driving annual online revenue growth to meet our financial plan. Key responsibilities will include partnership management, media and promotional management to ensure execution of online payments and ecommerce revenues. Customer adoption of web site ordering and use of web tools and site-related vendor management. Derives objectives and goals for all team members based on business objectives and the overall ecommerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing to develop content that drives online payments and e-commerce revenue including customer adoption
Oversee and drive ROI of online payments and ecommerce strategies to enhance customer experience and successfully attract and retain customers.
Head, It Quality Assurance & Application Development
The Position
Reporting to the Director, IT, the position is Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Application Development and Evolution of IT systems used by, developed or procured by the Bank.
Ensure that all IT Systems are developed in line with the approved Software Development Process and Enterprise Architecture Framework and within the Bank policies and best practice. The role is also responsible for the quality management and control of solutions delivered for use by the bank.
Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to plan and effectively establish realistic deliverables and timelines as per product and technical specifications while ensuring projects remain on target to meet deadlines
Demonstrate leadership abilities and discipline in solution deployments and upgrades as per schedule while coordinating release and sprint planning
Head, Credit Treasury And Legal Audit
The Position:
Reporting to the Group Internal Auditor & Audit Director KCB Bank Kenya Limited, the position is responsible for developing, maintaining and overseeing the execution of the Credit Treasury and Legal Audits (CTLA) Audit plan as well as providing assurance as needed through the Group Internal Auditor & Audit Director KCB Bank Kenya Limited to the KCB Bank Board Audit Committee and KCB Bank Senior Management that the controls, by means of which the business is managed in the Credit Treasury and Legal Audit universe, are appropriate to the task and functioning effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Facilitate and monitor the delivery of the CTLA audit plan; understanding the key audit issues arising and escalating any significant audit findings that remain unresolved.
Provide expert audit advice to the Group Internal Auditor & Audit Director
Oversee control and management of CTLA Audit Universe activities, assigned by Group Internal Auditor & Audit Director.
Research Manager
The Position:
Reporting to the Head, Digital Financial Services and Mobile Payments, the jobholder will be responsible for digital product and business development of digital services (online services, ecommerce, mobile money mobile payments, digital acquiring etc.), to increase revenue, functionality, usage and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting, analysing and interpreting primary and secondary research data
Owning competitive analysis and market insights for multiple product and services within financial services industry
Developing reports, presentations and marketing materials to support business & product development
Brand Manager, Digital
The Position:
Reporting the Marketing Services Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing KCB’s digital engagement blueprint - an annualized calendar of sustained digital marketing support covering Brand and product marketing on digital channels including web, mobile and direct marketing channels, bank assets such as the KCB website and other portals , social media engagement, internal digital communication & direct consumer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Planning and execution of all Web, Search Engine Marketing, Marketing database, Email, SMS, Social media and Display advertising campaigns
Strategize, build and maintain the Bank’s Social Media presence and engagement levels (thus building & meeting social community targets for selling & customer care), monitor feedback and escalate as relevant.
