RWANDAIR GRADUATES IN PILOT TRAININNG 2016

Background

RwandAir, established in 2002 is the National Carrier for the Republic of Rwanda. RwandAir mission statement is “to provide unsurpassed, safe and reliable services in air transportation, including strategically linking Rwanda with the outside world, while ensuring a fair return on investment.” The majority shareholding of the company is the Government of Rwanda.

In line with these recent developments and expansion, RwandAir is interested in hiring young and qualified Rwandans that will be sent for Ab initio Pilot training. After completion of the training the successful candidates will be given the opportunity to fly with the national carrier.

Qualifications Required

• Degree in one of the following fields:

1. Mathematics, 
2. General sciences,
3. Physics, 
4. Geography

Other requirements:

• Computer literate/knowledge;
• Capable of reading and writing in English precisely;
• Age not more than 25 years;
• Be of Rwandan nationality;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Innovative problem solving skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to develop and maintain positive cross-departmental relationships to attain collaborative solutions;
• Committed to learn more team player and flexible;
• Women are encouraged to apply
