Job Description

> Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Assistant will have his or her key
performance indicators as follows:

· Receiving and compiling loading nominations, scanning and sending the signed
nominations to concerned host depot for daily loadings and ensuring confirmation of
receipt from host depot representative.
· Liaising with EWURA for monthly billing of local levies for localized products.
· Ensuring efficient utilization of the transit Bonds and the maintenance of an up-to-date
bond register
· Compiling necessary documents (esp. return documents) and evidence of payments (if
any) per master for TRA approval and ensure it has been sent to Border exit points for
validation.
· Checking and confirming accuracy of transporters’ invoices and present to Finance for
payments

Positions requirements:

> Person Specifications:

- Degree in Logistics / Transport Management; Procurement & Supply

- At least 3 years working experience

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Self driven with a high business acumen

- A person of high integrity
