Human Resources and Administration Officer

The Tanzania Library Services Board was established under the Act. Of Parliament No.36 of 1964 which was repealed by Act No.6 Of 1975 which vests responsibility of establishing and maintaining Public libraries and providing Professional and Para Professional training in the Country.
The Board now invites applications from qualified Tanzanians to fill vacant positions as mentioned below:-

Human Resources and Administration Officer I-Duty Station DSM

Qualification and Experience
Academic - Bachelor Degree from recognized University/Institution
Professional- Postgraduate Diploma or Advance Diploma in Public Administration/Business
Administration/Human Resource Management.
Experience - 3 years working experience in related field.
Interpersonal Skills
High degree passion, integrity and honesty.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of labour laws.
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Time Management and team work skills.
Ability to handle multiple work at a time.

AGE Limit:
Not above 35 years.
