Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Performance
• Track and execute the overall strategy, growth and profitability of Personal, Priority & Business Clients • Drive customer experience through segment strategy, marketing planning, products offer, RMs’ relationship and integrated distribution deliveries Customer Value Proposition • Define and drive segment strategy and CVP • Penetrate and activate target operating model, by AUM and portfolio allocation as defined in the RM coverage model, • Initiate and collaborate with branch, product and functional teams to identify and develop product solutions and bundles to meet the needs of various segment • Lead and execute the formulation of sub-segment strategy and propositions that match with life stage cycle • Partner and align Marketing function on marcom and messaging to build a strong positioning Analyse evolving client needs and track the competition, as inputs to guide the segment strategy. Customer Segmentation • Maximize customer value through segmentation insights and disciplined portfolio management and profiling • Drive NTB/NTS with New business and other segments in line with agreed upgrade/downgrade protocol • Agree threshold flow from Personal Banking to Priority Banking • Define and manage customer retention strategies, including reactive retention and proactive retention programs • Define and activate customers and mange customer “Tail management” programs Product Bundles and Pricing • Drive cross selling and migration by tailoring solutions to deepen client relationships • Collaborate with product teams to develop product bundles, pricing & promotions to improve cross product holding ratio and portfolio growth • Drive product bundling to acquire NTB business • Drive segment pricing and product pricing to NTB and ETB • Drive cross sell to ETB Other/ Analytics Own the event-based marketing agenda as a client acquisition and deepening tool Own the service quality and client satisfaction agenda for the segment Ensure the revenue leakage exercise are carried out Find/ suggest alternate strategies for NFI growth Develop analytics that can support further growth areas in business | |
Qualifications & Skills

Degree with minimum 2years in Banking experience. Prior analytics experience
Sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), strong leadership capability, excellent interpersonal skills, multicultural awareness and sensitivity. In depth knowledge of all Retail Banking Segments i.e. Personal, Priority, & Business Banking client segments and Retail Products In depth understanding of key business drivers in Country with sound understanding of legal, political and economic situation/framework Strong analytical skills and self- starter Ability to influence and network with people across all levels and functions Outstanding communication and presentation skills Excellent ability to network and manage a matrix organisation structure i.e. to balance the differing objectives of the functional businesses and ensure that the solution is in the best interests of Group and Countries overall.
