Company description:
A locally registered NGO, indigenous
provider of disability rehabilitation services in the country.
Duties to Include:
·
Managing
and leading the HMS project, including budget, timeline and resources.
·
Leading
the NGO through vendor evaluation, selection and contracting.
·
Managing
and overseeing the implementation of chosen product, including the design,
testing and training phases, as well as post implementation.
·
Reporting
to steering committee, stakeholders and Senior Management team on project
status regularly.
Work Experience/Skills:
·
Minimum
7 years experience of project management involving application, implementation
and process re-engineering.
·
Must
have led one or more implementations of database applications in environments
with non-technical business users.
·
Minimum
3 years experience in a hospital or medical field.
·
Extensive
experience working with computer systems and ERP solutions.
·
Computer
literate (Microsoft Office Suite) as well as ERP
·
Strong
communication skills, written, verbal (in English and preferably Kiswahili)
·
Organized
and able to prioritize multiple task.
Qualifications:
·
Degree
from any discipline
