Role Purpose The Product Manager in Commercial Category is responsible for managing the life cycle of products and services under his/her responsibility and meet consumer satisfaction goals. This role is within the Mobile Business Unit. Key Responsibilities • Ensure performance of his/her products and services, including usability, flow of SMS communication with customers, and user satisfaction. • Managing the functionality and pilot testing for commercial products • Documenting and delivering pilot test results of commercial products • Developing training materials for the users of commercial products • Suggesting initiatives for improving customer experience and consequently improving revenue • Designing and implementing the quality assurance checklist for new products and services • Implementing best regional quality assurance practices • Giving input for the design and implementation of quality assurance initiatives that control the process of testing new products and services • Ensuring quality of commercial products and services providers • Ensuring correct customer billing for usage of commercial products and services • Help to define and implement commercialization and marketing strategies of all products. • Manage products and services releases and evolution, including preparation of a product/process improvement briefs • Preparation of consumer understanding briefs of commercial products when needed • Cross-functional cooperation with other categories in order to achieve time to market effectiveness and organizational efficiency. Position Requirements • University degree in marketing, communication, engineering and/or business administration. • Preferably an MBA or Master’s Degree • Conversational English is desired. APPLY |
