BMB Mott MacDonald and its consortium partners are recruiting for an experienced Small Industrial Facilities Fund /SIFF Manager (local experienced) to take a position within the context of the anticipated DANIDA Project:Management Contractor (MC) of Local Investment Climate (LIC) sub-component, Business Sector Programme Support (BSPS IV), Tanzania.
The LIC component will focus on the critical constraints to business growth and economic development at the district level in Tanzania. The sub-component will help the Local Government Authorities (LGAs) and the business community to identify and prioritize the challenges it faces in the local business environment and will facilitate the creation of district-level Public-Private Dialogue (PPD). LIC will focus geographically on Kigoma and Dodoma regions and is expected to stimulate economic activities and leverage additional public and private investments in the selected regions. The programme duration for LIC is 72 months and implementation is set to start in 2014.

General Qualifications
- A relevant university degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in donor financed project management including financial management, monitoring, reporting and staff management
- Experience with fund management for private sector development including management, reporting and M&E.
- Experience working in public infrastructure projects for at least three years
- Experience related to financing of private sector investments will be an added advantage
