Akiba commercial bank, a leading bank in microfinance and SMEs financing is currently recruiting for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions in Dar es Salaam and Mwanza. Solidarity loan officers The loan officer is responsible for loans to individual members in small groups and reports to the loan supervisor of the branch. • Provide quality service to customers and manage their expectations. • Promote and market group lending products and other ACB products • Responsible for keeping clients records for reference • Facilitate full recovery of all loans under his/her portifolio • Perform any other duties as directed or assigned by supervisor.
Qualification:
Qualification and experience
• University degree in social work/advance diploma, cooperatives management/community development and any related field.
• Applicants should have passes in mathematics at o’level
• Experience in microfinance group lending, community development program, field extension community work, or field sales assignment is an added advantage..
• Computer literate especially ms word and excel
• Good communication skills in both English and swahili
