Position Description:
The Office Administrator will provide full reception, secretarial and administrative support.The successful candidate will report to the xxxx and will be responsible for the duties mentioned below.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support, including typing, minute taking, filing, data input, maintenance and management of information.
Ensure all files and documentation – including reports, proposals, and minutes are well organized digitally as well in hard copy and regularly updated
Prepare and maintain full and accurate financial records of all transactions carried out on behalf of the company which might include preparing and processing payroll, bank transactions and reconciliations, submitting PAYE and other returns
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of all HR records in line with statutory and operational requirements.
Prepare and assist in the collection of data for such monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be required from time to time.
Perform any other tasks designated by xxxx
Qualifications and Experience
· Holder of an Advanced Diploma (minimum requirement) and above.
· At least 5 year’s of relevant and acceptable work experience in an Administrative /Office work environment.
· Must have a high degree of computer literacy – which includes competence in the following Microsoft applications - word processing, spreadsheets, databases, file management, e-mail and the internet.
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Results oriented and client focused.
· Strong organizational and technical skills relevant to the role with the ability to problem solve, pay attention to detail and multitask.
