JOB PURPOSE To lead a team of ATM / POS Service delivery officers responsible for installation, Configuration, 2nd level support, maintenance & repair of ATMs / POS terminals, backup power solutions (inverters) and network connectivity, specifically: • Managing the complete life-cycle of ATM / POS terminals. • Responsible for ATM / POS service uptime • Advising the Head Of Self Service Channel Systems on ATM / POS technology / service / products innovations and challenges • Prepare various monthly reports for the Head of Self Service Channels Systems • Conduct minutes monthly performance review meetings with ATM / POS & inventor service providers. • Maintain accurate ATM / POS inventory statistics and provide it to ICT Asset Management section MAIN ACCOUNT ABILITIES OF MANAGER ATMs / POS SERVICE DELIVERY. New ATM / POS Installation On site supervision of ATM supplier engineer during installation and configuration of new ATMs & POS Supports database and applications infrastructure interfaced with ATM & POS, such as Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Terminal Management Systems (TMS), etc to ensure high availability, recoverability and predictability ATM / POS Support, Maintenance & Repair Provide 2nd level support to Help Desk on all ATM / POS incidents Effective management of quarterly ATM / POS maintenance schedules conducted by vendors, Ordering of spare / replacement parts for ATM / POS, inverters, network devices and supervise implantation. ATM/POS Service Uptime Security of ATM & POS Responsible for ATM / POS service uptime consistently above 95%. • Analyses reports of ATM / POS monitoring tools (provided by ATM / POS Services • Monitoring Analysts) and take proactive actions to ensure continued service availability Security of ATM & POS Implement and monitor ATM / POS security solution put in place to mitigate security risks Accountable for end-to-end security of ATMs & POS terminals such as Security keys management, skimming, etc. People Management Ensure the development of a high- performing team through embedding formal Performance appraisal and informal coaching… Manage team on how to conduct meaningful Performance appraisal discussions with their direct reports and ensure that they conduct the process effectively Determine and analyze training and development needs for people in your area, Ensure that identified training is budgeted for and executed Establish and maintain a succession plan for the key roles in the area With the support from the HR Business Partner, interview and recruit new members and provide support to them during the recruitment of their teams on request Ensure that all poor performance is addressed through the NMB Performance guidelines and that continued poor performance is adequately dealt with. Develop appropriate Employee Opinion Survey action items together with the management team of the business unit and ensure that items are executed Motivate employees in the department and ensure that their efforts are recognized

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate – Information Systems/Computer science/Computer engineering or equivalent preferably, Professional training on ATMs, especially NCR type
- Professional training on POS terminals, especially Hypercom and mPOS
- Training on EMV Compliance and PCI Security Standards
- 3 years’ experience in ATM / POS implementation & support, including Visa / MasterCard environment, preferably 5 years’ experience in ICT in banking/Financial industry with exposure to the Self Service Channel systems analysis and support
- Experience in other Self services Channels systems, especially ATM switch, ATM Card Management systems, Hardware Security Module (HSM), TMS, etc
- Demonstrated experience working in a deadline-oriented support & maintenance service, managing multiple operations simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced atmosphere
