The Human Resources Manager works closelyalongside the Director of Human Resources and oversees the day to day runningof the Human Resources function. This role has direct involvement in benefitsadministration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employeecommunications, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning anddevelopment, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotelemployees.

We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strongbusiness acumen, good communication and interpersonal skills and are able toevidence professionalism and adaptability.
MUST HAVE WORK AUTHORIZATION IN TANZANIA
Applicants are required to have three to five years previousemployment in a related position. HumanResources or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential ifapplicants have previous relevant work experience. Working knowledge of Labor laws isadvantageous.
Occasional travel is required to other Four Seasons Hotels andResorts for training and development purposes.
