This includes regulatory compliance and business continuity assessments, risk management (including ERM) frameworks development, implementation and monitoring
Roles & Responsibilities
•Develop industry and technical expertise in assurance and business advisory areas through written reports and presentations.•Managing multiple relationships ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service deliverables.
•Managing the staffing of the job, the financial performance and ensuring that key deadlines are achieved.
•Setting and monitoring budgets for the assignments.
•Provision of Enterprise Risk Assurance Services to a portfolio of clients.
•Leading of internal and external team and client meetings.
•Managing the coaching, personal and professional training and development of your team.
•Take responsibility of the work life quality of the team

•Ensure engagement economics through efficient project management, billing, collection and Work in Progress (WIP) management
•Act as trusted business advisor with clients through sharing knowledge technical expertise and business strategy skills
•Participate in the firm's activities
Requirements
Education:•A Bachelor’s Degree in related field
•Master’s degree in related studies will be an added advantage
Job Experience:
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management
•Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior level clients and key industry contacts
•Experience in corporate risk governance and controls and corporate risk management processes
•Experience in internal audit planning and internal audit structuring preferably in a professional firm
•Demonstrable working knowledge in developing risk management strategies and frameworks for clients
•Experience in establishing risk mitigation action plans for clients
•Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading projects and diverse teams
•Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
•Ability to develop others through mentoring coaching
Job Knowledge Requirements:
•Demonstrable industry knowledge and expertise in at least one the following industries :- Financial Services, Government Agencies, Consumer products , Telecommunication, Energy and Mining
•Working knowledge and understanding of compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls are desirable
