The RNP wold like to recruit two media analyst and one public relations facilitator. The succesful media analyst should be responsible for analyzing the news in the media, report to police management and advise accordingly. The public relations facilitator would be responsible for facilitating in management of Public Relations activities.

I. Media Analyst (2 Post)

Job Description

• Monitor Rwanda National Police performance in the public
• Protect RNP brand and public image
• Record the number of times RNP is mentioned in the media

Job Qualification

• Hold at least a Diploma in Journalism
• Be Rwandan by nationality
• Five years of experience in collecting and analyzing reports and news
• Be a person of self responsibility and able to work in team
• Fluent reading and writing English and Kinyarwanda
• Good organisation and analytical skills
• Able to perform other duties assigned to him/her

II. Public Relation Facilitator (1 Post)

Job Description

• Manage, develop and oversee strategies to enhance RNP public image.
• Reporting to the commissioner of Public Relations Office and Community Policing
• Manage Police public relations activities
• Perform other duties related to the job assigned to him/her

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in communication or other related field
• Consultancy approach work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
• Demonstrate openness to change and ability to manage complexity
