Job Description
- Take over operational responsibilities of the organisation
- Plan and prepare Business plans for next financial year and draft budget
- Management and business development
- Synergize the sales team and the rest of the departments in the business to deliver company objectives
Desired Skills & Experience
- MBA in Business with proven experience in a similar role - additional qualification in law or human resources will be advantageous (Seeking persons from large corporations with well established guidelines, processes and systems - must be able to replicate it in the organsation)
- Prefer persons from FMCG/Retail background. Experience in lighting or furniture industry will be a definite advantage
- Fluency in English. Ability to speak Swahili will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in IT skills
- Must have capability to build teams, expand and grow the business
- Must mentor and guide the team-players to deliver desired result

RAW Talent Scouts (RTS) is Division of RAW LLC and Member of RAW Group, and was officially launched on 30th September 2012, based on the high demand and requests from its trusted network of clients.
RTS is the first company of its type in Africa & Middle East to provide superior talent scouting, succession planning and strategic recruitment outsourcing solutions to predominately family-based business groups and conglomerates.
RTS has a similar DNA to that of a top sports/entertainment agency which scouts for talent, but specifically for the business world and for large family business groups.
RTS is not a recruitment agency or traditional recruitment process outsourcing company. We combine cutting-edge technology and tools with a global network of RTS Partners and have created a unique proposition to serve clients, who want the right talent at the right time without paying high fees or compromising on their need to hire A players.
RTS operates on a partnership model, with no full-time employees. Our partners are based around the world and service clients only in Africa and the Middle East.
RTS is looking to expand into 22 countries by 2022 by attracting new RTS Partners and servicing hundreds of clients in the region. RTS works strategically with RAW Advisory Services, which has served many clients for over a decade throughout Africa and the Middle East. We have significant on-the-ground experience in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Egypt, Morocco, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, India and Sri Lanka.
