English Language Trainers for project-related teaching work in South Sudan

Integrity Research and Consultancy has an immediate requirement for English Language Trainers for project-related teaching work in South Sudan.

Essential:

• Teaching or training experience in the Middle East/Africa/or a conflict or post conflict environment

• CELTA or TRINITY certificate and 5+ years experience

• Experience with developing ESP materials and courses.

Desirable:

• DELTA or MA in TESOL/Linguistics/Education or related subject

• Teaching or training experience with foreign a police force/military or government

• Training of Trainers experience

• Experience in curriculum design

Competencies:

• Confident working in challenging environments with limited resources.

• Capacity to remain warm and calm under pressure

• Adaptability and innovation in methodology and material design

• Results orientated and demonstrated classroom leadership skills

• Ability to contribute to the collaborative development of long term courses and materials
