Results Specialist Re-Action!

The Results Specialist is a key position within Re-Action, and will be influential across the entire organization (South Africa, UK and East Africa offices). Given the current stage of development within Re-Action, the Results Specialist will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and drive Re-Action’s thinking about how to effectively undertake M&E in ways that meet the needs of our evolving world. This will involve a strong focus on measuring outcomes and impact, using the latest approaches and technologies to enable the experiences (stories) of a broad range of partners and stakeholders to contribute to assessing performance and shaping programme/project design and implementation. It will also include focusing on how and when data is made available in order to maximize the potential usefulness for decision-making and for accountability. The position will therefore offer a significant opportunity to be creative and proactive in designing and implementing cutting-edge M&E programmes.
