Service Administrator

The role

As part of the Sandvik team you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in performing general administration duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all reasonable steps are taken to insure all employees are provided with a safe and healthy working environment. This includes compliance with the SMC safety management program.
• Ensure all activities are being carried out in accordance with Company values, Policies and Procedures.
• Ability to exercise extreme accuracy in the maintenance of records, including all received data and source documents.
• Providing accurate information to assist in keeping the CMS up to date on receipts, issues and orders, including monthly reconciliations with customer
• Perform general admin duties including time sheet, leave registers & SHEQ admin.
• Adhere to all Sandvik OHS and Environment policies and procedures

Your profile

• Form IV with passes in Maths & English
• Qualification in business administration preferred
• Computer literate
• A strong safety and customer relations focus
• Willingness to work rostered shift work and spend extended periods away from home
• English Proficiency
• Medically fit to work in a mining / construction environment
• Two (2) years’ experience in administration / data processing
• Customer Service Orientation
• Team Orientated
• Commitment to Sandvik Core Values
