1.Primary responsible for servings and managing customer relationships by engaging them, uncovering their needs and providing them with the appropriate products ,services and solution from the entire range of the customers ,Banking suite
2. Responsible to drive profitable revenue and value growth through maximizing existing customer engagement.
Client Centre Exec-Sales
To provide breakthrough one stop service in a consistent, professional manner - embracing our Brand Values (Responsive, Trustworthy, Creative, International and Courageous).
To achieve first call resolution.
To be effectively multilingual to better handle all inbound/outbound calls from Kenya and Uganda customers. (English, Kiswahili)
To improve and maintain the Bank's No 1 position in quality services and ensure that Group and other Business service levels agreed for various services are met.
To provide prompt, accurate and courteous service ensuring to fulfill promises made to customers. Under-promise but over-deliver.
Markets Products Specialists FX and Rates
To trade in the market for a designated product range, pricing customer transactions.
To sell Treasury products profitably to each allocated groups of SCB customers, drawn from the BC + Priority clients and Personal client segments, acting as their primary point of contact in Treasury.
Head Sales - Financial Institutions
Maximise overall customer risk adjusted profitability and share of wallet within portfolio of existing and target customers, existing within agreed customer value propositions and sales process standards. Overall responsibility for achieving budgets and for managing the team.
