JOB TITLE: Assistant Programs Manager-Logistics
RESPONSIBLE TO: Logistics Manager
Job Purpose:
Support implementation of malarial and child health activities with focus on the distribution of LLINs. The
candidate will work closely with Logistics Manager- ANC/EPI and Zonal coordinators, to ensure proper
implementation of the VectorWorks activities in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Logistics Manager, to ensure VectorWorks work plan and activities are
implemented as per PSI’s SOW in respect to the associated deliverables
Coordinate and Liaise with PSI structures to ensure mutual collaboration in the course of
VectorWorks project implementation
Work with the PSI warehouse team to ensure effective plans are developed and executed for
timely receipts, processing and documentation of LLINs orders
JOB TITLE: Logistics Manager ANC/EPI and School Net Distribution Program-VectorWorks
RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of MCH
Job Purpose:
Lead PSI-Tanzania’s malaria prevention activities, with particular focus on maintaining Long Lasting
Insecticidal Net (LLIN) coverage through Schools (SNP), antenatal (ANC) and immunization (EPI) channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead PSI-Tanzania’s malaria prevention activities, with particular focus on maintaining Long LastingInsecticidal Net (LLIN) coverage through SNP, ANC and EPI, specifically offering relevant expertise inlogistics management to ensure:
School Net and Health facility LLINs programs are implemented as per PSI’s SOW in respect to theassociated deliverables
Proper storage and stock management of LLINs across VectorWorks regions
Effective monitoring of distribution of LLINs to schools and health facilities
JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of health services
Job Purpose:
To oversee and coordinate the quality assurance aspects of the Social franchise programme in network and outreach teams and provide technical support to the zonal and regional staff in the field as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Planning
Contribute to development and regular updates of quality assurance (QA) plan for
Tanzania.
Develop strong knowledge of quality improvement mechanisms in order to suggest
improvements to QA systems
