- Reservation agents - fluent in English word and writing, presentable, ticketing license
- Dispatcher - fluent in English, license
- Ramp Attendants - good in English
- Aircraft Mechanic - experience on 404 and/ or Caravan
- Flight Operation Managers - excellent in English, dispatcher license or similar, 5 years work experience
- licensed Aircraft Engineer
- Top Management Assistant - bachelor degree in administration or similar, excellent in word and writing of English, organization skills, fast learner

Arusha Station
- Dispatcher - fluent in English, license
- Reservation agents - fluent in English word and writing, presentable, ticketing license

Pemba Station
- Dispatcher - fluent in English, license, ticketing experience
- Ramp Attendant - good in English

Dar Es Salaam Station
- Dispatcher - fluent in English, license, ticketing experience
- Driver - fluent in English, license, caring for his car
- Ramp Attendant - good in English
- Station Head - excellent in English, dispatcher license or similar, management experience, organization skills
