Finance Management Specialist at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)

UNCDF Tanzania Office wishes to recruit a suitable Tanzania National to fill the Finance Manage net specialist

KEY OF FUNCTIONS

• Organization and facilitation of key programme activities related to commercial variable, investment projects
• Investment process execution and portfolio management
• Capacity development of key stakeholders of the programmer in the area of  commercially available investment

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 5 yrs of relevant experience
• Expert knowledge of private sector finance for commercial viable investment development finance knowledge  is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in preparation of project financial analysis and creation/ evaluation of advance and complex financial models
• Demonstrated experience in the project proposal evaluation and assessment of economic and technically accessibility for private sectors funding this involve the initial screening of the project application package, desk review and evaluation of financials and business plans preparing evaluation notes for presentation to the management technical team to determine  a projects suitably for investment, and detailed project concept notes to obtain clearance for full appraisal or fact-finding field trip
