Role overview
Direct, manage, coordinate and overseer of the overall EEVT project implementation. This includes Managing human resource, partners, stakeholders and project deliverables. Financial management and networking.
She/he will sit as secretary in a Project Steering Committee, lead and coordinate the Health, Safety and Environment Committee, Industry Links Advisory Committee (ILAC), represent VSO in high level meetings national and international, be a focal person for LNG Tanzania member companies social investment program (as EEVT is part of LNG social investment program) as well as GIZ SOGA program.

Skills, qualifications and experience required
Excellent understanding of project cycle management tools; Practical experience of applying development issues at a project or community level; Evidence of understanding the challenges of donor and contract management; Leadership and people management skills; Experience of the financial management of budgets; Competent Data usage including speedy collation and analysis of complex and high volume data, using appropriate Information Technology packages where necessary; Able to travel and work long hours and away from the home; Excellent communication skills; with proven ability to work fluently in English; Ability to present and represent the EEVT project in a variety of media and to a variety of audiences including government, private sector, donors and civil society.
