Advans Bank Tanzania, a commercial bank licensed by Bank of Tanzania, offers carriers opportunities to highly skilled and motivated professionals also fresh from school graduates. The institution is part of a network of financial institutions worldwide which provide adapted financial services to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Advans Bank Tanzania is looking for fresh graduates to work as interns in different positions.

Internship - (reference IN/JUN15)

The internship staff will be responsible to provide help in our different branches located in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza and Mbeya.

Key responsibilities

• Participate fully in training (on job training)

• Prospecting activities: Going to the field for providing information about the Bank and attracting prospects for the bank’s products

• Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor

Profile

• Graduate/ Diploma/ Certificate/ Form Six level preferably in the area of interest: Marketing/ Finance/ Economics/ Sociology/ Accounts/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Community development.

• Good Relationship and communication skills, strong team spirit

• Analytical skills and capacity to work under significant pressure

• Real motivation to work and grow with the Bank.

• Honesty and transparency
