Support the Empowerment and Livelihood for Adolescents (ELA) Programme
Manager in the planning, management, and implementation of ELA, Pre - Ensure program quality and that of field level staff's work through regular follow-up on field activities
Initiate and share innovative new ideas for programme development
Support community accountability structures, advocacy, and awareness raising activities, including meetings, trainings, and campaigns
Prepare work plans, proposals, monthly and donor reports in collaboration with the Manager and/or other programme staff as required
Communicate regularly with govemment and non-government officers to effectively implement programmes
A Bachelor degree in social work or relevant social science, with at least one (1) year of
relevant work experience OR at least three
(3) years of relevant work experience
Experience working with children and youth, especially vulnerable youth
Basic IT skills, knowledge of MS Word;
Excel and Outlook required
Swahili and English skills a must
Willingness to travel to other regions of
Tanzania on a regular basis .
