Work station is- Dar es Salaam
Purpose:
To plan, coordinate, control and supervise the work of the team of sales executives to generate and meet the agreed individual and team's volume against the set advertising sales revenue targets for the section.
Main Responsibilities:
carries out regular sales meetings with staff to review sales progress, maintain good employee relations to ensure the highest degree of morale and discipline and provide results driven leadership .:
carries out regular client list review and discuss with sales executives on their daily plans, gives them proper guidelines and if necessary accompanies them on sales visits
Formulate and communicate activities to ensure regions monthly advertising targets are met.
Identifies manpower requirements and liaises with advertising Manager
Manages team performance by constantly coaching, developing and motivating personnel to ensure effective regions management succession planning. .
Reviews performance regularly with staff to ensure focus and guides them accordingly.
Maintains sales contacts with appropriate representative of identified clients and their associates and follows up and resolves any complaints and keeps the Advertising Manqger well informed.
Identifies new ideas for development of advertising sales, discusS1hem with the Advertising Manager and plans for their implementation through sales executives.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Academic: Basic University Degree
Professional: Diploma in Sales & Marketing
Experience: 3 to 5 years working experience
