Scope.
The Accounts and Administration Officer reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls, supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts receivables, accounts payable and managing office operations.

Duties.
• Prepare all financial data and reports.
• Prepare and maintain all files and tax invoices.
• Prepare and document all taxes and its filing.
• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys.
• Reconcile all bank accounts and resolves all issues in processes.
• Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
• Recommend improvement in quality of accounting.
• Ensure efficient client services, organize customer contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoices.
• Maintaining communication with operation manager and provide status on all business.
• Maintaining good communication with external environment (Clients, TRA etc..).
• Perform other related duties as required.
Knowledge.
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Degree or Advance diploma in Accountancy.
• Computerized accounting programs, TallyERP9 will be an added advantage.
• Generally accepted accounting Principles and Tax laws.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivables.
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Payroll systems and reporting.
• Office administration.
Skills.
