Experience in Performance Management and RF Optimization of LTE networks
- Fundamental understanding of LTE (eNodeB, RNC) Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola
- Competent understanding of LTE optimization parameters definitions and both performance and capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
- Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
- Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
- Competent in capacity/PN planning
- Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination
- Excellent MS Office/Actix skills
- Automation of optimization tasks – Programming Skills
- Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming concepts.
- C#, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access, SQL Server
- WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad
- Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu)
- Excel Macros; Visual Basic
