PURPOSE
This position provides administrative support in the management of corporate switchooar and reception.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Management of Corporate Switchboard, reception, Customer Service Corporal Image and Corporate awareness
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Prompt and professional service delivery to clients as Standard Operation Procedure
Corporate business awareness and ensuring an accurate flow of information. An transfer of client calls and maintain pleasant front office environment.
Managing client appointments in regular consultation with appropriate officers
Report and follow up to appropriate individuals through telephone and other means communications.
Maintain call records and ensure safe custody of switch board equipment and office equipment's as Job Description.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
To ensure the smooth running of the Health Centre and orientation! induction for new
staff
Ensure that customer service issues (that are non-clinical in nature) are promptly
responded to and remedial action is taken
Counselling and health education, generate revenue and customer satisfaction
Turnaround time - patient management and CME for self and nursing staff
Set strategic direction for the unit and provide leadership
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Ensure equipment supplies and materials required for the smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic are in place
Supervise all non-clinical personnel and ensure that ROTAS are prepared and adhered to co-ordinate community events by the clinic aimed, at creating health awareness and promote good corporate citizenship
Accurate assessment, interpretation and intervention of both clinical and laboratory findings
Accurate documentation and storage of client data and visit our members in hospital and carry out both case' and care management and ensure that all revenues are collected and banked
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
Ensure that all management reports in the clinic are prepared by 8th of every month and appropriate remedial action taken
Ensure that the clinic is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and reflects quality of standards of AAR
Ensure documentation of orientation for the nurses and non-clinical staff is maintained and signed off
Ensure customer service issues are dealt with within a week
Visit or get medical updates of members in hospitals daily assist the Health Centre
Manager to ensure that all PPO's in the region are visited regularly and ensure that the
AAR standards are being followed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Holder of Diploma in Nursing, experience of 2 years of appropriate experiences in nursing
ICT competency is must
