THE POSITION
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Sales representatives will be responsible for acquisition of new business within the assigned Sales locations. The position is on contract terms for a period of 12 months.
This challenging opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business will involve the following:
• Deliver set Sales targets in asset and liability for; SME, Personal Banking, Advantage, Agent banking, Mortgage, Card and Micro Finance products.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in product campaigns to ensure product information is readily available to customers.
• Conduct door-to-door Direct selling
• Seek customer feedback on bank products.
• Provide regular Sales reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
For the above position, the successful applicants should have:
• A university degree from a recognized institution.
• Must have a minimum Mean grade of C plain in K.C.S.E with a C- in Mathematics and English.
• Experience in sales or client relationship management will be an added advantage.
• Age 26 years and below.

CORPORATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, LARGE CORPORATES

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Large Corporates Unit Head - Corporate Division, this position will be responsible for liaison between corporate customers and the Bank, to market for business from Corporates and ensure growth in the designated portfolio in order to maximize the Bank’s revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The major responsibilities of this position will be:-
• To develop, business and ensure that there is increased earnings, facility utilization and usage of all Bank’s products
• To ensure that customer relations are maintained well to facilitate growth in number of customers, reduce complaints and also retain the existing customers
• To maintain a good loan book and ensure profits are increased, accounts out of order are reduced and downgrading/provisions are reduced
• To be the principal point contact for the Bank’s relationship with a designated portfolio of corporate customers and non-customers.
• To market for corporate business for the Bank and meet all set targets
• To ensure quality service delivery to corporate customers to achieve agreed service levels
• Prepare and maintain appropriate reports
THE PERSON
For the above position, the successful applicant should have:-
•University Degree from a recognized institution. Possession of a postgraduate degree or professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing client relationships and at least 2 years’ experience in credit and a proven record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of corporate banking clients.
• Must have sound knowledge of Bank operations and procedures.
• Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Have the ability to make prompt decisions and be independent in problem solving
• Possess excellent analytical skills, be open-minded and have the ability to identify alternative solutions
• Possess good knowledge of Bank products and problem solving techniques
• Possess good risk and financial analysis skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish new client relationships and generate new business

MANAGER AGRIBUSINESS MAVUNO

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Agribusiness Development Manager, the purpose of the role is to grow and maintain Business Development of Tea portfolio, Growth of market shares in the Tea Value chain through the development and execution of the Agribusiness Retail strategy and achieve profitable growth of the Mavuno brand: Tea Value Chain Assets, liabilities and Relationship Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build a quality Mavuno (Tea Value Chain) asset portfolio as per the set targets.
• Monitor and maintain portfolio quality within acceptable credit risk exposure (below 5%)
• Grow liability accounts as per the set retail targets.
• Build and maintain an effective new Sales Pipeline in the Tea sector
• Effectively market the Mavuno Products to new Prospects and increase KCB Tea market share on both Assets and Liabilities significantly
• Develop appropriate plans, project concepts and proposals for the Tea sector.
• Analyze the market trends in the Tea sector and effectively position the company's products to be competitive.
• Champion Mavuno activations promotional campaigns to achieve the set targets.
THE PERSON
For the above position, the successful applicants should have:-
• University degree from a recognized institution. Specialization in Agribusiness is an added advantage.
• Possession of MBA, Diploma in Sales/Marketing or ACIB/AKIB will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years banking experience with exposure and must have experience covering the following areas;
• Sales, Customer relationship management 2years
• Banking Ops - Cash, Clearing, Accts & Admin. 1 year
• 2 years Credit experience.
• Experience in organizing and participating in activations and sale campaigns.
• Demonstrated successful track record on delivery of results as measured via performance appraisal
• Excellent high quality interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to network and develop strong business relations.
• Should be innovative in identifying and harnessing new and existing opportunities to maximize business
• Should have strong leadership skills with demonstrated competences in championing high performance management
• Should have excellent planning, organization, problem solving and analytical skills

FACILITIES SUPPORT ANALYST

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the job holder will support the business by responding to repairs & maintenance of premises, equipment breakdowns within the various business units by ensuring maintenance service is done as per schedule and analyzing of cost spend.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop efficient methods for managing facilities service delivery, assignments, deployments and resolutions Repair and maintenance of various Bank equipment
• Coordinate inspection of new branches with CBK and arrange for supply of equipment to enable branch commence operations.
• Monitor performance of service providers in relation with facilities management. Develop SLAs and follow up on timely delivery of service provision.
• Analyzing facilities expenses and recommending areas of cost saving and value adds.
• Develop Bill of Quantities for branch premises repair works, evaluate and recommend for tendering.
• Develop maintenance schedule for branch premises and equipment.
• Develop space utilization criterion for Head Units
• Analyze and recommend for approval invoices from service providers.
• Carry out tender analysis-technical evaluation on service providers within facilities. Attend site inspection and analyze service providers.
THE PERSON
• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Economics or Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Professional qualification in Facilities management
• At least 2 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Planning and Organizing skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Project  Management Skills

NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE QUALITY AND SUPPORT ANALYST

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Network Systems Manager, this position will be responsible for management and quality assurance appraisal of network infrastructure support and delivery throughout the KCB Group corporate network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementation of network solutions and services to support business growth in terms of business outlets
• Accurate management of Network Infrastructure assets inventory and firmware licensing compliance.
• Gathering, analysing, and reviewing, of various network infrastructure performance and audit reports for trend analysis and reporting analytics.
• Implementation of methodologies to improve first call resolution, managing customer perceptions, and building strong internal relationships.
• Management of network devices to reduce threats of external and internal attacks
• Development and application of industry standards and best practices to network installations
• Management and monitoring  SLAs with network services vendors
• Performance monitoring of the Enterprise Wide Network infrastructure
THE PERSON
• Must have Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university on computer Science or related field
• Must be a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associates). Possession of additional IT certification e.g. CCNP, CISA,  CCSP, Project Management, ITIL will be a definite advantage
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Technology with hands on experience in Local and Wide Area Networks.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience with IP telephony systems.
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of broad range of Wide Area Network Technologies such as VSAT, Wireless Radio, Digital lease lines and fiber optic networks
• Good understanding of emerging trends in the industry and possible improvements in corporate data and voice networks.
• Proven skills in configuring security perimeter firewalls, IPS systems, and advanced security configurations on Cisco Devices.
• Demonstrate in depth understanding of troubleshooting skills and resolution of Network infrastructure issues.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Bank’s IT Policy and Procedures
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
• A results driven “team player”, personality with a willingness and ability to work in a dynamic working environment
• Excellent  planning and organizing skills
