EFC Tanzania through its expansion program and in an effort to serve its client better, is looking to fill the following position in Dar es Salaam:
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (1) POST
Qualification & Requirements (i.e. education, skills and experience)
The HR Assistant should absolutely have good practical knowledge of HRM in the financial services sector and the foresight to see how the intricate day-to-day HR related activities link with and support the achievement of the mission and vision of the EFC. In this regard, specific qualifications and requirements include:
• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification;
• At least two years of experience in human resources management;
• A practical knowledge in recruitment process;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Knowledge of Tanzania Labour Laws;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Effective team player;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Spread sheet, etc.).
