(a) Qualifications and Experience:
Applicant must be a holder of a PhD in a specialized area, in
addition a minimum GPA of 3.8 with a minimum score of B+ in the relevant subject in Undergraduate Degree and average grade of at least B+ (or a GPA of 4.0) at Master's Degree in the relevant area.

(b) Duties and Responsibilities:
(i) Carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practical for
undergraduate and postgraduate programmes;
(ii) Plan and design training exercises for students;
(iii) Prepare teaching manuals, case studies for training and
compendia;
(iv) Assist students in building up their practical and research projects;
(v) Supervise field practical, undergraduate special projects and
Master's theses/dissertations;
(vi) participate in the development and review of curriculum for undergraduate programmes;
(vu) Carry out consultancy in community services; (viii) eoach and mentor junior staff in relevant matters',
(ix) Undertake individual research and participate in multi• disciplinary research projects, publish/disseminate results;
(x) Participate in developing and managing of various university activities;
(xi) Attend/organise workshops, conferences and symposia;
(xii) Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the relevant authorities.
(c) Salary Scale: PUTS 5-6
