Our client, involved in the business of cellphones and cellphones accessories is looking for an energetic and dynamic Tanzanians to fill 10 positions of shop supervisor.

Position:                Shop supervisor(10 Positions)

Dutystation:Arusha,Dodoma,Mbeya,Morogoro,Moshi,Mwanza,Mtwara,Shinyanga,Tanga,Chakechake,Mlandege, Wete and Vuga;

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing all shop transactions including sales;
• Responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints;

·         To lead and motivate employees;

• Training and monitor performance of employees;
• Taking action plan for underperforming sales representatives;
• Responsible for budgeting,  accounting and purchasing duties;

Education, Skills and Experience: Ideal candidate should  be a certificate or diploma holder in Sales and marketing, Must be fluent in English,  Excellent public speaking skills and high convincing power will be an  added  advantage, Performing multiple tasks at once must not be a problem and good interpersonal skills and Excellent supervisory experience . He/she must have at least 1 year experience in cellphone sales or related products.

Remuneration: The remuneration package ranges betweenTshs.250,000/=to Tshs.350,000/= with added incentives and sales commission based on experience and performance.
