SALES PERSON (3 POSTS)

Our client, involved in the business of sweets is looking for an energetic and dynamic Tanzanians to fill three (3) positions of sales persons.

Position:                Salesperson (3 Positions)

Reports to the:                 Sales supervisor

Dutystation:Dar essalaam

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct sweets sales  within his or her retail location;
• Provide the direct customer support with in his or her retail location;
• Building a strong rapport with all new and returning customers;
• Documentation of all customers’ interactions to maintain compliance with Organization quality assurance initiatives;
• Providing help to customers by engaging in conversation to assist their sweets needs;

Education, Skills and Experience: Ideal candidate will be a holder of Certificates secondary examination or Advanced certificate of secondary education examination, Must be fluent in English,  Excellent public speaking skills and high convincing power will be an  added  advantage, Performing multiple tasks at once must not be a problem and good interpersonal skills. He/she must have at least 1 year experience in sweets sales or food products.

Remuneration: The remuneration package will be Tshs 300,000/= with added incentives and sales commission based on experience and performance.
