Company description:
A locally registered NGO, indigenous
provider of disability rehabilitation services in the country.
Duties to Include:
·
Ensuring
that day to day operating requirements for assigned alliances are effectively
managed and performance objectives are achieved. This entails a number of
activities, including: developing and maintaining relationships with all
individuals involved in the alliances, planning and coordinating implementation
activities with the partner and resolving related issues.

Assisting
the Director of Alliances to ensure that the full potential of the
Public-Private Partnership with the Government of Tanzania is reached.
·
Contribute
to the development of tools, process, and strategies employed by the alliances
management group to ensure effective coordination across portfolio of
Alliances.
·
Assist
the Director of Alliances to ensure that the organization meets necessary regulatory
and legal compliance.
Work Experience/Skills:
·
5
years of working experience
·
Knowledge
of disability and health management systems
·
Experience
in building Alliances and partnerships, particularly with Government
Institutions.
·
Knowledge
of Computer skills
·
Excellent
Communication skills
·
Good
interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
·
Degree
in holder in either Public or Business Administration, Health Management or
Human Resources Managements
