Role Purpose To develop and to ensure on-time implementation of the IN & VAS Projects supporting the commercial strategy while making sure that the  IN & VAS projects plans are developed on a "cost to benefit" analysis.  To perform acceptance tests and integration activities in case of new node/feature Key Responsibilities 1.Proactively coordinating IN/VAS projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team including; the suppliers (vendor) and the relevant internal Stakeholders. 2.Actively managing IN/VAS projects while ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed time lines 3.Creating, writing and coordinating accurate and timely reports to the relevant parties either pre or within and or post IN/VAS projects implementation. 4.Ensure that System Performance Evaluation is carried out for the commissioned and launched projects before Final Acceptance. 5.Ensuring that quality is maintained for IN and VAS projects 6.Identifying and developing new prospects and projects to ensure that IN/VAS platforms are operating within the required thresholds. 7.Foresee required IN/VAS platforms expansions and timely plan for Capital Budgeting, CAR preparation  and participate in Investment justification 8.Develop Technical specifications and requirements   for IN/VAS projects and platforms 9.Translating commercial requiement into technical resources requirement and prepare Technical Scopes within for engineering excellence Position Requirements • Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering. • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience managing IN & VAS projects.
