Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of  strategic initiatives to achieve great performance to drive sales profitably  and service delivery

• Get updated information and continues feedback from the market.

• Controlling fraud and practice that can affect the company or the market

Position Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant degree is essential.

Role Purpose

JOB PURPOSE
Leading the execution of the strategy in the areas of Factory, Supply Chain, Quality of Experience and Processes ensuring proper allocation of resources to meet categories, markets and functional requirements on time and at industry competitive cost and quality. Also responsible to provide input for the design of Global Operations Strategy, based on local technical and consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and coordinate, aligned with the global operations strategy, the areas of Supply Chain, Technology Factory, Strategic Quality and Processes to provide global best in class network, processes and tools at the lowest possible cost.
• Implement and maintain the standard project management methodology for all relevant projects across the operation, not only for projects related to the operations area, but also for other areas such as markets, commercial and functional.
• Lead local execution of Operations area projects (especially regarding cloud, collaborative and centralized enablers) to ensure timely and on cost delivery.
• Responsible for talent and implementation of processes and tools to achieve best end to end quality of experience. This includes network and other pain points to achieve Nr 1 position in customer satisfaction index.
• Responsible to provide support and guidance to categories, markets, and other functional areas to implement and optimize effective processes in the whole organization.
• Achieve efficiencies by producing and executing cost saving initiatives.
• Deliver the product Roadmap on time in coordination with the global blueprint, ensuring adequate interfaces and implementation plan.
• Execute the billing process, implementing automation, consistency and timely delivery of invoices with superior quality and accuracy.  
• Provide input to the global operations area, to continuously improve the global operations strategy based on permanent feedback, guidelines and bottom up projects to meet in-country needs.
• Be part of the global planning process and supply chain strategy, to meet volume discounts and other supp chain goals.  
• Develop top leadership through selection, coaching, and reinforcement of the team.
• Ensure cross-functional as well as global-local cooperation and communication.
• Execute the Information Security strategy according to the policy.

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Industrial or Computer).
• Preferably an MBA or Master’s Degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• Extensive managerial experience in MNCs or technology-related companies
• Experience in managing teams in different regions/countries
• Focus on cross-functional teams

• Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure effective training is given to assigned teams to perform effectively and competently.
• Actively seek innovative means to capturing new customers and retaining existing customers.
• Review and analyse daily and weekly sales reports of areas of assigned activators, distributors within region.
• Make periodic visits to assigned zonal territories, to ensure effective implementation of the company’s sales strategy.
• Follow up to ensure that assigned targets of distributor and sales supervisor by product are met.
• Generate necessary reports to assist payment of monthly commissions.
• Attend to customer queries at points of sale.
• Achieve Monthly gross activation targets
• Achieve Monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure stock points are efectively utilised as per purchase targets set.
• Directly manage distribution coordinators and activation coordinators.
• Monitor and audit dealer's sales activities.

Role Purpose

This role is responsible to ensure payments from internal departments to employees are performed according to SLA and the inventory management as well as other tasks that might arise in operations as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities

Payments

•Perform payments as per request from other departments repsecting the inter company SLAs

•Tigo Pesa bulk payments reconciliation as per company process

Inventory Management

•Keep a diary of stock balances and to ensure replenishment before they are depleted.

•Ensure there is sufficient stock in store to cater for agent starter packs

•Keep daily control record of the stock available in store and update the Go To Market manager on weekly basis

Position Requirements

•Degree in Marketing/Finance/Communication/Engineering
•2yrs experience in the mobile money operation.

Role Purpose

Responsible for full Project Management under entertainment category. This includes proper project management, delivery according to the plans & coordinating the efforts of team members & other departments
Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate local plan of projects ,  ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

• Negotiate priorities and resources with local operation in order to assure plan accomplishment

• Evaluate and report projects performance KPIs to the responsible departmental  heads

• Lead, manage and coordinate multiple complex projects as well as report accomplishments to the required authorities.

• Creates and executes project work plans and revised as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Effectively applies a standard methodology for all projects and enforces project standards and review deliverables prepared by the team.

• Support Procurement/Contract Management to resolve conflicts between Company and suppliers.

Position Requirements

•1-3 years of proven project management experience.
• University degree in marketing/engineering/ business administration or related areas.
• PMP certification is highly appreciated.
• MBA or Master in Science is desired.
• Experience with any other telecom or large advertising agency is a plus.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio


Commercial Activity Coordinator


Role Purpose

Execution of massive and segmented offer for all products in Commercial Categories. This includes Regional Coordination of commercial field initiatives, Regional analysis of consumer behaviour and competitor’s actions with focus on field activities. Get involved in defining the Regional pricing strategies and revenue management actions that maximize revenues, gross margin and market share. Implement Product knowledge to all Regional Customer touch points, under the supervision of the Product Delivery Manager and close collaboration with Regional Go to Market, Regional Marketing Services and Regional Customer touch points.
Key Responsibilities

1.Implementation of massive and segmented Regional Commercial field execution initiatives under the supervision of Product Delivery Manager and collaboration with Regional Marketing Services,Go to Market & Customer Operations.
2.Implement and manage product knowledge processes to successfully enable  Regional Customer touch points with fully knowledge of our services and products
3.Ensure the Regional Commercial field execution plans are met objectively
4.Participate directly in reviewing of the Regional ATL communication from Marketing Services before they are deployed
5.Regional report products performance: gross margin, pricing elasticity, penetration, ARPU and Churn variances, impact on revenues
6.Ensure the Regional commercial executions are aligned to meet Departmental and Company objectives in terms of Revenue and Acquisition
7.Provide support on pre-launch testing in your Region as advised by the Product Delivery Manager
8.Ensure fully participation in the Regional product conceptual process via sharing the customer feedback found during the weekly field visits from your Region
9.Ensure relevant product/service knowledge visibility at the Regional market and all our customer touch points, at any point in time

Position Requirements

•2 + years of proven analytical and product management experience.
•Proven training skills
•Managerial experience in medium to large size organizations.
•Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio.
•University degree in technology / engineering / business administration or related area, MBA is desired.


Telco Architect


Role Purpose

To develop and to ensure on-time implementation of the IN & VAS Projects supporting the commercial strategy while making sure that the  IN & VAS projects plans are developed on a "cost to benefit" analysis.  To perform acceptance tests and integration activities in case of new node/feature
Key Responsibilities

1.Proactively coordinating IN/VAS projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team including; the suppliers (vendor) and the relevant internal Stakeholders.

2.Actively managing IN/VAS projects while ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed time lines

3.Creating, writing and coordinating accurate and timely reports to the relevant parties either pre or within and or post IN/VAS projects implementation.

4.Ensure that System Performance Evaluation is carried out for the commissioned and launched projects before Final Acceptance.

5.Ensuring that quality is maintained for IN and VAS projects

6.Identifying and developing new prospects and projects to ensure that IN/VAS platforms are operating within the required thresholds.

7.Foresee required IN/VAS platforms expansions and timely plan for Capital Budgeting, CAR preparation  and participate in Investment justification

8.Develop Technical specifications and requirements   for IN/VAS projects and platforms

9.Translating commercial requiement into technical resources requirement and prepare Technical Scopes within for engineering excellence

Position Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience managing IN & VAS projects.
