Tigo Pesa Operation Support

Role Purpose This role is responsible to ensure payments from internal departments to employees are performed according to SLA and the inventory management as well as other tasks that might arise in operations as the business evolves. Key Responsibilities Payments •Perform payments as per request from other departments repsecting the inter company SLAs •Tigo Pesa bulk payments reconciliation as per company process Inventory Management •Keep a diary of stock balances and to ensure replenishment before they are depleted. •Ensure there is sufficient stock in store to cater for agent starter packs •Keep daily control record of the stock available in store and update the Go To Market manager on weekly basis Position Requirements •Degree in Marketing/Finance/Communication/Engineering •2yrs experience in the mobile money operation APPLY
