The British Council in Zambia is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the post of a Customer Service Officer.
Purpose of job
To provide support for the Examinations Services Manager in the areas of customer service, examinations administration and finance.
Context and Environment
The role is part of the Zambia exams team. The team is made up of seven staff headed by an Exams Services Manager. It is responsible for over 44,000 UK exams taken in Zambia by around 18,000 candidates.
