It is our mission is to bring dignity and hope to men, women and children in prison through healthcare, education, access to justice and community reintegration. The Volunteer Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will work directly under the Business Development Manager and is responsible for implementing monitoring and evaluation strategies, frameworks and tools and theory of change documents for APP.
The Volunteer Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist is responsible for aligning APP’s programmes of work under a single, robust monitoring framework and theory of change matrix. She/he is also responsible for developing and implementing specific Monitoring & Evaluation mechanisms and tools for APP’s individual projects.
