With more than 75 staff and consultants in more than 12 countries, we apply our expertise and network to help with fundraising, recruitment, finance & grant management, training, and other services to increase their impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall • To manage and strengthen logistics and supply functions in major iNGOs • Influence strategy development to support NGOs operations from a logistics and procurement point of view • To manage regional logistics teams ensuring NGO policies are adhered to and contribute towards the development of these policies • Support regional logistics teams in the supply and procurement of goods and services to ensure correct procedures are followed at every level • Identify gaps in performance for logistics teams and set targets and plan for improving quality of services • Manage reporting activities from regional logistics teams • Fleet management: support regional teams in adhering to correct standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Essential • At least 5 years’ experience working in logistics management within the NGO sector • Extensive experience in managing logistics policies and procedures • Ability and experience in training, mobilising and managing national staff • Exceptional communication and organisational skills • Resourceful and ability to work under pressure • Ability and experience of working in insecure environments • Fluency in written and spoken English • Additional language skills in Spanish and French are highly appreciated • Good attention to detail and analytical skills • Computer literate (i.e. MS Word, advanced Excel, Email communication software (e.g. Outlook, Internet Explorer).
