3. | HEAD OF PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT UNIT | Masters’ Degree in Procurement, Accounting or Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, Project Management, Public Administration, Engineering or Law from a recognised university with at least three (3) years of working experience or Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with at least five (5) years of working experience among which at least three (3) years at senior management level in a similar role in a public institution or donor funded project. Qualified Member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or Postgraduate diplomas in procurement related studies. 4. | HEAD OF REVENUE PROTECTION AND SAFE GUARDS UNIT | Masters’ Degree in Law, Social Sciences, Finance or Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Management, Project Management, Public Administration from a recognised university. S/he must have at least three (3) years of relevant working experience for Master’ Degree holder and five (5) years of working experience for a Bachelor’s Degree holder among which three (3) years at senior management level in a similar role in a public institution. Training skills in fraud prevention, investigations, or other related training is desirable. Proven track record in fraud investigations, forensic auditing, litigation, revenue protection and other related asset protection and loss prevention activities preferably involving local urban communities.
