Position Description:

We are looking for a Travel Consultant with the following qualifications:

Job Description:

• To be the client point of contact to provide them with the most cost effective services –travel, tours, visas and other extra services, maintaining the client’s database with all details and getting feedback from clients to help improve our services and identify opportunities for maximum cross-selling of our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a Travel Management Industry
• IATA/UFTAA Diploma
• Galileo

Competencies:

• Good command of written and spoken English and Kiswahili
• Aggressive and ready to learn
• Good Time Management & Interpersonal Skills
• Good at handling administrative tasks

Added Advantage:

• Knows to handle Tours/Leisure package
