The role
Reporting to Pastoralism Programme Manager, You will be responsible for supporting the work of the Oxfam Arusha office team by taking responsibility for the Oxfam vehicle driving and safety of passengers while ensuring the vehicles are kept secure at all the times. Drive Oxfam vehicle in accordance to the government legislation and with organisational policy and security guidelines. Record all journeys, services, and maintenance information in the vehicle logbook. Ensure that safety belts fitted in the vehicle are maintained in working order and used by passengers. A candidate envisaged for this role will hold a relevant advanced level degree in Economics, Agriculture Economics and Agribusiness, Business and/or Public administration or other disciplines relevant to the job with not less than five years professional experience in the business models, private sector partnerships and sound knowledge of the agricultural sectors.
