Human Resources Officer , DHL SUPPLY CHAIN UGANDA

Due to business expansion DHL SUPPLY CHAIN UGANDA is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the following positions: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER Will provide comprehensive HR support services including recruitment, process management, performance management, support technical training and maintain employee records

Requirement: Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree/Diploma preferably in HR related field 3 years relevant proven experience in HR Management, production environment will be an advantage Demonstrated knowledge of the Uganda Labour Relations Legislation, past experience in CBA environment an advantage. Well developed feedback skills, English written 8 verbal communication skills Computer literate, able to produce complex reports on MS Office Experience in dealing with conflict and complex labour relations Ability to analyse HR costs 8 manage within budget.
