General Scope of the Job
The Administration Officer – Trade Information and Business Counselling is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support services while offering Receptionist and Customer care to clients.
Qualification and experience required
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Secretarial services with customer care and receptionist skills,
- Working Experience: At least Four (4) years in Customer Care services in a large reputable institution
- Job Skills/behavioural attributes: Good communication, negotiation, counselling, interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience in working with computers.
