Services for Review of the Uganda National Roads Authority Organization and Setup

After three years of performance, UNRA now seeks to hire a management consultant to undertake an area wide organizational review and inform UNRA Management on the adequacy of the existing organizational structure and as to how the existing structure can be modified considering current and forecasted workload and situation to enable UNRA operate effectively and efficiently undertake its mandate. This will also include a review of the staff performance in light of the job and organizational obligations to meet the organization’s mandate currently and in the future. Uganda National Roads Authority has earmarked funds to be used for the acquisition of Consultancy Services to review the organization's setup
