With 25 operational branches in Tanzania, DTB is now looking for capable and qualified individuals to fill the following positions.
OFFICER - PROPERTY/SECURITY
Reporting to Manager- Administration. Responsible for all day to day property operations by maintaining the bank properties in good condition and ensuring safety and security of the Bank's staff, customers and the premises.
Key Responsibilities;
• Property maintenance and repairs
• Yearly planning of inspections and renovations of all the bank's offices/branches
• Ensure all properties are secured by appointed security service;
• Ensure all the security devices are properly installed, maintained and regularly tested
• Responding to emergencies.
• Reviewing all security arrangements.
• Liaison with appropriate Security companies and Law enforcing agencies.
Education qualification
Diploma In Business Administration
Experience competence required
• Experience In managing property maintenance and security In a large group / company,
• Ability to respond quickly
• Strong evaluation, communication and reporting skills,
