STAMIGOLD Company Limited - Biharamulo Mine is a subsidiary company of the State Mining Corporation (STAMICO) operating a gold mine. The Mine is located in the Biharamulo Forest Reserve, South West of Mwanza in Kagera Region. In order to run the mine effectively and efficiently, the Company invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the existing vacancy as detailed below: -
Work Station: Biharamulo Mine Site
Work Roster: 6/3(42 days on, 21 days off)
Contract Duration Not Exceeding 2 years, subject to renewal

Security Officer

THE ROLE:
The mine Investigator will be reporting to the Security Coordinator and will be undertaking ground investigations especially to the mineral extraction and also conducting investigations to maximise coverage for the indicated mining hazard(s) in order to adequately eliminate or quantifying any risk.

Duties and Responsibilities
• To register incident reports
• To run fascial recognition and to ensure the person
• To register employees and contractors during site entry and exit
• To conduct investigations on all acts which may harm employees or company properties and provide all facts to the supervisor or required unit or committee
• Conducting any misconduct acts or queries investigations as submitted from various departments and providing concrete and empirical findings
• To facilitate automated photo IDs' capturing
• To ensure that incidents are properly identified, recorded and resolved
• To link incidents to comprehensive offenders
• Other duties in line with this job title as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications
• A minimum of Form Four Level with a minimum of two years' experience in the relevant field.
