Credit Risk Manager

  • Develop and maintain the credit risk exposure by setting and reviewing credit limits and terms, regular evaluations of each customer’s payment performance and seasonally adjusting credit terms. Ownership of  the credit policy and its development
  • Identify common themes/root cause of customer issues such as incentive processes, cash clearance times, and lead to resolution
  • Regular face to face customer contact to review credit and understand how we help each other in joined up business planning in this area
  • Monitor the Sales Ledger balance and aged debt profile and pro-actively manage timely cash receipts and the DSO target achievement, working through the credit control team in ABSC to achieve this
  • Management of reclamation of goods in the event of account closure, own the interaction with receivers for settlements
Stock Controller - Dar

  • Coordinate Customer delivery plan requests and complaints with Sales team and transporter.
  • Key contact between PTP, OTC, Sales, Logistics and transporters as far as order delivery is concerned.
  • Hold transporters responsible for the Vehicle Status Report and Trip log as well as sharing the shipping plan with them.
  • Undertaking daily physical stock counts for full goods and get the signed off daily.
  • Facilitation of proper records keeping and to justify SAP postings at all times
  • Work closely with Supply finance to ensure CARM is adhered to
  • Verification of accuracy of all the documentation as per the approved process flows.
  • Will act as stock take Champion with in Stores and Logistics warehouses?
  • All the RM storage and movements both physically and in SAP.
  • Send the daily stock reports to key stake holders as will be determined by the supervisor from time to time
  • Liaise with the haulers (transporters) to obtain the truck numbers to deliver the generated orders
  • Responsible for generating and keeping a record of pick lists
  • Ensure pick lists are handed over for loading and signed off as per the cutoff arrangements
  • Ensure beer orders are per truck, pay, and trip load capacity
  • Lead the customer orders delivery reconciliation with the haulers and warehouse managers
  • Responsible for the order status report- ensure timely and daily circulation to key stake holders
Controls and Process Improvement Manager - Customer Service Delivery
  • Implementing the CSD Logistics controls and ensuring that key performance indices for W&D are achieved. These shall be tracked via a monthly logistics controls review.
  • Monitoring compliance in the department in relation to applicable Logistics GRMS to ensure full compliance to CARM& GAR tenets.
  • In liaison with Finance, monitor and regularly analyse the departmental spend against a budget of TZS.14.7B through Cost Centre reports, reviews and variance analysis and advise on areas of improvement/savings.
  • Review daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations between physical and SAP stock, investigate any variances and escalate any material losses.
  • Is accountable to ensure accurate and effective daily&weekly stock counts across the 3 logistics sites
  • Provide close support to Supply Finance for the monthly and bi-annual stock counts within logistics, identify variances and provide commentaries for financial reporting.
  • Supporting the SBL Leadership Team in understanding the key value drivers in W&D controls & recons.
  • Be a focal pillar leading theStock in Transit SIT Plant (TZS1) recons and explaining the variances.
  • Plan and implement a cost effective Interplant Transfers for Finished goods, Empties and Raw materials.
  • Initiate and Manage the Purchase orders for all the logistics services and review Invoice schedules/PFIs from service providers.
  • Manage and review Freight master data set and Raise request for any changes required in order to comply with plan.
Innovations Manager
  • Lead the Development and execution of the company's strategic innovation program for SBL (Key Pillar for Growth) in order to achieve it’s objectives.
  • Lead launch development of new products in SBL .
  • Be Innovation process champion and drive proactive innovation.
  • Build innovation capability in market
